Progress is a collaboration with Totally Natural Solutions that showcases a saturated hop profile within a balanced 6% Hazy IPA. The pour is a glowing, opaque gold with a dense white head. Intense aromas of concentrated mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus peel rise from the glass, supported by a clean, bready malt backdrop. The palate is defined by a lush, velvety mouthfeel that carries vibrant flavors of ripe stone fruit and tropical juice. Bitterness is exceptionally smooth and restrained, allowing the fruit-forward character to persist through a clean, off-dry finish that emphasizes modern hop-forward drinkability.
Appearance. Straw to light golden (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a characteristic shine; persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with high retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of sun-ripened mango, crushed pineapple, and bright citrus zest; clean, bready malt provides a neutral background with no caramel; fermentation esters lean toward soft pear and peach.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and stone fruit flavors; low, bready malt flavor serves as a supportive base; bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and rounded; finish is juicy and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste and no hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, velvety texture; moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift; well-integrated light alcohol warmth with no astringency or acidic twang.
