This collaboration features Attic Brew Co.’s signature tropical profile, bursting with notes of passionfruit and mango, elegantly layered over the earthy, herbal, and floral character of traditional English hops. The backbone is built on traditional malt, providing a sturdy yet restrained foundation of toasted biscuit and light honey. Despite its sessionable strength, the beer maintains a soft, hazy presence on the palate, finishing with a crisp, moderate bitterness that highlights its hybrid lineage between New World fruitiness and Old World balance.
