Inspired by the shared soft-water chemistry of Birmingham and Pilsen, this Czech Premium Pale Lager is a sophisticated tribute to Bohemian tradition. The sensory profile is built upon a rich, complex foundation of biscuity malt and subtle hints of light caramel. This malt depth is expertly countered by a robust, spicy hop character that provides a firm but rounded bitterness. The soft mineral profile ensures a smooth mouthfeel, while the finish is notably clean and abrupt, stripping away malt sweetness to leave a refreshing, crisp trail. Appearance. Deep gold to light caramel-colored (SRM 5-6) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, thick, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Medium-high intensity with a focus on bready-rich and biscuity malt. Complemented by a medium-high spicy and floral hop bouquet. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
