Atom Ultrasonic is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated Southern Hemisphere hop profile. Lush layers of tropical passionfruit and ripe pineapple, driven by Galaxy and Nectaron, lead the experience alongside hints of soft stone fruits. This tropical depth is elegantly balanced by the distinctive white wine character of Nelson Sauvin, which contributes nuanced notes of crushed gooseberry and fresh grape. Built on a soft, bready malt foundation, the beer delivers an intense juicy sensation with minimal bitterness. It offers a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel and a clean finish that emphasizes hop saturation and fruity complexity over traditional hop bite.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. Topped with a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a whirlwind of passionfruit and pineapple. Secondary notes of peach, white grape, and crushed gooseberry are prominent. The malt character is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready, while the fermentation profile is clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Massive hop-forward flavor with an initial impression of tropical fruit salad. Pronounced passionfruit and pineapple flavors transition into a mid-palate of stone fruit and white wine. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple grainy-bready backdrop. Bitterness is low to medium-low, beautifully integrated to avoid any harshness. The finish is off-dry and soft, leaving a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel without any carbonic bite or hop-derived astringency. Well-integrated alcohol provides a very light, gentle warmth.
