Atom Spectrum is a vivid Hazy IPA that leads with an intense, multilayered hop profile. The synergy of Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops creates a saturated bouquet of overripe mango, pineapple, and zesty tangerine. A soft, luscious body provides a pillowy foundation for these tropical and citrus notes, ensuring a smooth, rounded delivery. While the hop impact is massive, the bitterness remains restrained and integrated, allowing the juicy fruit character to shine. This beer balances its 6.5% ABV with a clean, grainy malt backbone, resulting in a vibrant and aromatic experience that epitomizes the modern, fruit-forward IPA style.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, opaque pale gold with a soft, glowing shine (SRM 4-6). A thick, white, meringue-like head sits atop, showing excellent retention and leaving consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by a tropical fruit explosion. Distinct notes of ripe mango and passion fruit from Mosaic hops mingle with the citrus-forward, resinous apricot and pine accents of Idaho 7. Background malt is subtle, providing a clean, bready, and grainy presence without any caramel or toast. The fermentation profile is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. The palate is awash in tropical fruit flavors, specifically pineapple, mango, and zesty citrus pith. Mosaic provides a berry-like complexity, while Idaho 7 contributes a bright, orange-marmalade sweetness. The malt flavor is restrained and grainy, serving as a supportive canvas. Bitterness is mild and soft, well-integrated into the full body rather than sharp. It finishes with a lingering, juicy fruit character and a clean, off-dry smoothness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, luscious, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel without being prickly. There is a very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth, but no harshness or hop-derived astringency.
