Appearance. Deep copper to dark brown (18–22 SRM) with ruby highlights; produces a low, creamy, off-white head with modest retention. Brilliant clarity with visible legs indicating high viscosity and alcohol content.
Aroma. Intense malty richness featuring bread, toffee, and caramel notes. High fruitiness dominated by dried plum and raisin, accented by the sharp, bright scent of sour cherries. Low earthy and floral hop character with a soft, vinous alcohol presence.
