The sensory experience is led by an explosive bouquet of fresh pineapple and zesty passion fruit, seamlessly integrated with a bright, lactic acidity. The wild fermentation character adds a subtle layer of complexity beneath the dominant fruit profile, offering a clean yet tangy foundation. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing tartness of the passion fruit cuts through the succulent sweetness of the pineapple, resulting in a crisp, highly drinkable profile. Appearance. SRM 3-5. Pours a hazy, pale golden to yellow-orange hue, reflecting the heavy fruit addition. The head is white, fine-textured, and tends to dissipate quickly, leaving minimal lacing.
