This Hazy IPA presents an intense, fruit-forward profile amplified by a double dry hopping regimen and unique adjuncts. The sensory experience is dominated by the lush, tropical sweetness of cantaloupe puree and the creamy, exotic notes of Indian pink bananas. These fruit additions integrate seamlessly with the hop-derived stone fruit and citrus characteristics typical of the style. The result is a vibrant, juicy character with a soft, pillowy texture. Despite the complex fruit additions, a grainy malt backbone provides a steady foundation, ensuring the beer remains balanced rather than cloying, finishing with a gentle, lingering tropical resonance.
Appearance. Color is deep orange with a characteristically opaque, hazy shine. It features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with ripe cantaloupe and sweet banana, supported by a bouquet of tropical hop esters resembling mango and passion fruit.
