The palate delivers a medium-low bready malt flavor supported by moderate bitterness and a hint of wildflower honey. Subtle fruity esters complement the resinous hop character, culminating in a crisp, dry finish. This sessionable ale maintains a light body and high drinkability, staying true to its British roots.
Appearance. 8–10 SRM, pale amber to light copper. Brilliant clarity with a low, off-white head and modest lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring toasted biscuit and bready malt with a light caramel quality. Low to moderate floral and earthy hop aroma. Subtle wildflower honey notes and low fruity esters are present. No diacetyl.
