Athletic Brewing’s Wit’s Peak presents a refreshing non-alcoholic take on the Weissbier style, emphasizing a vibrant wheat-driven profile. The sensory experience is led by soft, doughy malted wheat, harmonized with bright notes of citrus and a delicate herbal touch of coriander. While it retains the characteristic fluffy texture and high carbonation of a traditional wheat beer, the added spices sharpen the aromatic profile. This brew maintains a crisp, clean finish, effectively balancing the grainy sweetness of the grain bill with a low bitterness, making for an exceptionally light and zesty palate.

Appearance. Pale straw to gold in color with a characteristic haze and yeast-driven shine. It features a very thick, long-lasting, and moussy white head.
