This American Lager presents a crisp and highly refreshing profile, prioritizing a clean, neutral character. The addition of rice provides a slender, pale-straw foundation that feels light on the palate while maintaining a subtle grainy sweetness. Noble Saaz hops contribute delicate layers of dried herbs, earth, and soft floral notes, adding aromatic depth without aggressive bitterness. Its exceptionally lean structure leads to a snappy, dry finish, making it a quintessentially thirst-quenching experience. The fermentation remains transitionally clean, allowing the interplay between the delicate malt sugars and the classic spicy hop aromatics to remain the primary focus throughout each sip.

Appearance. Very pale straw (approx. 2 SRM); brilliant clarity. Pours with a frothy white head that exhibits moderate retention for the style and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt presence and a distinct hint of polished rice. Hop aroma is light but noticeable, showcasing the classic Saaz character of dried herbs and wildflowers. Extremely clean fermentation profile without esters.

Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp. A subtle grainy-sweetness from the rice adjunct balances a low level of bitterness. Hop flavors are mild, earthy, and herbal. The finish is short, clean, and very dry, with no lingering harshness or cloying sweetness.
