Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7–10 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of coconut, tangerine, and apricot. Subtle hints of cedar and tropical fruit are supported by a very low, clean, grainy malt character. Fermentation is neutral and free of esters.
Taste. Bold hop flavors lead with distinct coconut and stone fruit, followed by a wave of citrus zest. Bitterness is high but refined and not harsh. A minimal, crackery malt profile provides a soft foundation before transitioning into a dry, hoppy finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. Features a restrained, clean alcohol warmth that is well-integrated and never solventy.
