Corvette Steve is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that evokes nostalgic fruit cereal through a complex blend of blackberries, strawberries, and banana. The aroma is a bold medley of ripe forest fruits and tropical sweetness, underscored by the soft, comforting fragrance of vanilla and marshmallows. On the palate, the tartness of the berries is softened by a velvety, creamy texture, while the banana adds a subtle depth to the fruit profile. Despite its playful dessert-like additions, a clean wild fermentation provides a structured acidity that balances the sweetness, leading to a lingering, fruity finish that remains refreshing and layered.

Appearance. Deep magenta to purple hue (25–35 SRM). Features a thick, pink-tinted head with moderate retention. The clarity is opaque with a heavy haze from significant fruit additions.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of jammy blackberry and fresh strawberry. Secondary notes of sweet banana and vanilla bean suggest marshmallow fluff. A light, clean lactic tartness is present, with minimal hop character and low funky esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart blackberries and strawberries. The mid-palate introduces a creamy marshmallow and vanilla sweetness that balances the fruit acidity. Very low bitterness (sub-10 IBU) allows the fruit to dominate. The finish is long and fruity with a subtle doughy, cereal-like malt character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinct silkiness and rich creaminess. Carbonation is moderate. Very low alcohol warmth and minimal astringency despite the heavy fruit load.
