This American Blonde Ale, a gluten-free collaboration between As Cervesa and Ctretze Pirineus, presents a bright and refreshing profile. Taste. Initial impression is one of balanced malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness. Flavor follows the aroma with light bready malt and citrusy hop flavors. The bitterness is supportive but not aggressive, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish with a very subtle nutty quality from the gluten-free grains.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly thinner texture characteristic of gluten-free fermentables. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. There is no astringency and only a very soft, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
