Appearance. Color is a deep gold to light amber (5–7 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus zest. The London Ale Yeast 3 contributes distinct stone fruit esters, specifically peach and nectarine. Background notes of sweet, bready malt and a light grainy character support the hop-forward profile without any caramel or toast.
Taste. Explosive flavors of tropical fruit juice and sweet orange peel dominate the initial impression. Low to minimal perceived bitterness ensures a juicy impression throughout.
