Sometimes during cider making season, there are some small amounts of left over fruit that have hit perfect ripeness and just need to be pressed. This tiny batch is one such amalgamation. There was no great science or art applied to the blend, yet some magic has obviously taken place.

To us this cider is the scent of honey suckle and melon. It’s the thick hot air and lilac sky at the end of a Summer’s day. It’s golden sunshine falling on your closed eyelids. It’s the feeling of bare feet on warm sand and the softness of the grass underneath a laden picnic blanket. It’s the glowing embers of a bonfire and a playful tune on the ukulele. When all is said and done, it’s a bold juicy, fruit party of a cider. Ain't no big decision!
