By late Summer, the abundance we hoped for during our Spring Beltane celebrations is a reality. Pickling gherkins, plaiting onions, scything hay and winnowing seed, the smell of bubbling chutneys on the stove top and bunches of drying lavender fills our home with colour and rich scents. The apples will soon be upon us and the food harvest, gathered in the clement days of late Summer is a gentle warm up for the toil we have ahead of us.

Bold grippy tannins wrap themselves around splashes of mouth-watering, juicy, ripe orange with hints of fizzy sherbert. Salute the sun, the harvest and revel in the fading light. 750ml. 6%.
