Pineapple Clouds Forever is a vibrant Double IPA that explodes with tropical intensity. The sensory experience is led by a massive infusion of fresh pineapple, seamlessly integrated with the citrus and mango notes of Citra hops. A foundational layer of Chinook hops provides a necessary resinous and piney contrast, grounding the fruit-forward profile. Despite its 8% strength, the malt remains clean and supportive, allowing the hop and fruit synergy to dominate. It pours a deep gold with a persistent white head, offering a smooth yet assertive bitterness that leads into a clean, dry, and fruit-lingering finish.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8 SRM). Moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing. Slight haze present, though mostly clear.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bright citrus, mango, and tropical fruit from Citra, complemented by the distinct resinous pine and grapefruit of Chinook. A massive, fresh pineapple adjunct character is prominent. Background malt is neutral and slightly grainy.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 8% ABV. No significant astringency.
