This collaboration delivers an expressive bouquet of stone fruits and bright citrus, grounded by a distinctive black pepper spiciness. The palate is defined by its extreme attenuation, offering a bone-dry finish that highlights a soft, grainy malt backbone reminiscent of raw cereal and wheat. Gentle floral and earthy hop notes provide a balanced counterpoint to the yeast-driven esters. Its high effervescence and subtle alcohol warmth create a sophisticated, lively mouthfeel, making for a refreshing yet complex farmhouse-style ale that emphasizes fermentation character over sweetness.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a slight, natural haze typical of an unfiltered ale. It supports a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lacing on the glass.
