This Wild Specialty Beer offers a vibrant sensory journey anchored by a punchy cranberry character. Appearance. Pours a striking pink to light ruby hue (SRM 6-10) with a slight haze from the fruit addition. The head is light pink, composed of fine bubbles with moderate to poor retention, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring sharp, tart cranberry and red currant. A clean lactic sourness dominates the foreground, supported by subtle earthy Brettanomyces notes of hay and a very low, neutral crackery malt scent. No hop aroma is present.

Taste. The initial impression is sharply tart and fruit-focused. Intense cranberry flavor provides both acidity and a light tannic woodiness, while the malt stays in the background with a low, grainy sweetness. Fermentation character is clean but acidic, with very low hop bitterness, as the fruit and organic acids provide the primary balance. The finish is very dry, crisp, and lingering with a tart berry aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation that provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. There is a slight but notable astringency from the cranberry skins which enhances the perceived dryness. Alcohol warmth is negligible.
