Appearance. Deep gold color (8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, off-white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, mango, and a distinct forest-like pine resin. A low, clean, grainy malt sweetness provides a supportive background, with a very low hint of fermentation esters and no perceptible alcohol warmth.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impact delivering flavors of orange peel, tropical fruit, and pine. Malt character is low, manifesting as a clean cracker and lightly toasty flavor. Bitterness is medium-high to high, providing a sharp but clean edge. The finish is medium-dry to dry, with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste that remains clean on the palate.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop resins. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp, refreshing bite. Perceived alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, with no astringency or harshness.
