This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey, blending the lush, tropical notes of American hops with the sharp, aromatic zest of root ginger. Pouring with a characteristic opaque glow, the profile is dominated by a bouquet of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus, underscored by a distinct, spicy ginger warmth. On the palate, the soft, velvety mouthfeel typical of the New England style carries flavors of stone fruit and pineapple, while the ginger provides a refreshing, piquant counterpoint to the hop sweetness. Finishing with a restrained bitterness and a lingering spiced tickle, it is a creative, fruit-forward interpretation of the modern IPA.
Appearance. Straw to light amber in color with a heavy, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and lacing.
Aroma. Intense aromatic profile characterized by tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple alongside bright citrus. A prominent, fresh spicy note of root ginger integrates with the American hops. Low bready malt presence in the background with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma, complemented by a judicious, spicy ginger punch. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated and perceived as soft. Malt is neutral and grainy. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, spicy ginger and fruit aftertaste.

Though all different in their own way, the recipes were all born out of a desire to make beer that Arbor are proud of and importantly, that they really want to drink themselves.
