Arbànt ZIRMA is a vibrant, rustic Saison that captures the essence of Swiss terroir through Malteria Ticinese malt and Swiss raw wheat. This "brut" interpretation showcases an exceptionally dry, effervescent character with a complex interplay between expressive yeast and regional hops. The use of Swiss Cascade and Spalter hops imparts a distinctive hop-forward profile, layering floral, spicy, and citrus nuances over a grainy, cereal-forward base. High carbonation lifts a bouquet of peppery phenols and stone fruit esters, leading into a crisp, lingering finish. At 7.2% ABV, it provides a well-integrated warmth that supports its bold farmhouse character while maintaining high drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold with a slight, rustic haze from the raw wheat. It supports a dense, rocky, long-lasting white head that leaves significant Belgian lace on the glass as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity bouquet featuring peppery phenols and citrusy esters reminiscent of lemon peel and apricot. Swiss Cascade and Spalter hops contribute floral and spicy-earthy top notes, while the Malteria Ticinese malt and raw wheat provide a light, grainy, and slightly rustic cereal backdrop.

Taste. Initial impression is exceptionally dry and lively. Soft, grainy malt flavors from the Ticinese barley and raw wheat are quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and complex fermentation character. Spicy notes of black pepper mingle with hints of grapefruit and dried herbs. The finish is bone-dry and "brut" in nature, leaving a lingering, crisp, and peppery aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-low body with a highly effervescent, prickly carbonation that enhances the dry finish. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, complemented by a slight softness from the raw wheat addition.
