On the palate, bold layers of juicy pineapple and lush stone fruit are complemented by a subtle, intriguing spice derived from the proprietary hop blend. A soft, pillowy malt backbone provides a smooth foundation, ensuring the heavy hop saturation delivers rich fruit flavor without resinous harshness. Appearance. Straw to light amber (3–7 SRM) with a distinct hazy, opaque glow. Features a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, peach, and citrus zest. Low bready and grainy malt presence in the background. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters that complement the El Dorado hop character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors of pineapple, stone fruit, and orange peel. Low bready malt flavor provides balance. Bitterness is moderate but soft, staying well-integrated within the full body. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste and no hop harshness.
