This Triple IPA, classified within the Double IPA framework, presents an explosive sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed dry-hop regimen of Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Citra. The grist, featuring Extra Pale Ale malt alongside Torrefied Oats and Naked Oats, creates a lush, pillowy texture that carries intense notes of overripe passionfruit, pineapple, and bright grapefruit. The AEB New-E yeast lends a soft, fruity ester profile that complements the hop-derived tropicality. Despite its 10% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability, finishing with a firm but smooth bitterness that balances the initial perceived sweetness, resulting in a complex and deeply saturated hop experience.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8-10 SRM) with a significant, stable, creamy white head and high hazy opacity consistent with heavy oat usage.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, pineapple, resinous pine, and citrus zest. A clean, grainy malt sweetness sits in the background, accompanied by low peach-like esters and a gentle, clean alcohol warmth.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus oil. Strong flavors of pineapple, melon, and lime are supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth, preventing the finish from being cloying. It ends medium-dry with a lingering, resinous hop character and refined alcohol presence.
