This Triple India Pale Ale delivers an olfactory onslaught of ripe peach and nectarine driven by Peacharine hops, complemented by the concentrated citrus candy notes of Citra Lupomax and the tropical berry complexity of Mosaic Incognito. At 10% ABV, it presents a dense, opaque presence where a foundation of flaked oats and wheat creates a velvety, cream-like texture. Despite its intense fruit-forward character and passion fruit aromatics, the finish remains assertive. A sticky, resinous bitterness provides a structural counterpoint to the lush fruit, ensuring a lingering, lupulin-charged conclusion that reflects the bold intensity of this Double IPA.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque haze with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit, specifically peach and nectarine, followed by passion fruit and bright citrus candy. Low grainy-sweet malt background with a hint of breadiness from wheat and oats. Clean fermentation with a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. Initial burst of ripe peach and citrus transitioning to tropical passion fruit. Firm, moderately high hop bitterness that is well-integrated and lacks harshness. Low malt sweetness is present initially but gives way to a medium-dry, sticky, and resinous finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Full body with a smooth, creamy, and lush texture from the high oat and wheat content. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable and pleasant alcohol warmth without solvent notes. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
