Aora Furia is an elegant Belgian Pale Ale that balances traditional European structure with 100% Leonese Nugget hops. It presents a nearly transparent golden hue capped by a creamy, persistent white foam. The bouquet is a sophisticated blend of toasted barley malts and selected yeast esters, offering notes of pear and citrus layered over the floral, herbal, and resinous character of the Nugget hops. The palate is characterized by a smooth, medium-full body and a fine, integrated bitterness. Toasted malt nuances linger in a long, persistent finish alongside refreshing citrus and resinous tones, embodying a refined, summer-friendly ale.
Appearance. Clear, pale golden to amber color. Brilliant clarity with nearly transparent depth. Thick, creamy, and rocky white head with excellent persistence and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and toasty malt notes. Prominent fruity esters suggesting pear and orange, complemented by a moderate hop presence from Nugget hops, contributing floral, herbal, and subtle resinous aromas. Low spicy phenols from the Belgian yeast strain.
Taste. Initial soft, biscuity malt sweetness gives way to toasted grain flavors. Medium-high hop bitterness provides balance. Hop flavors of herbs and resin are evident, alongside fruity notes of apple and citrus. The finish is dry to well-balanced, leaving a lingering aftertaste of toasted malt and floral hops.
Mouthfeel. Medium to medium-full body with a smooth, elegant palate. Carbonation is medium-high and natural due to bottle conditioning, providing a lively yet creamy texture. Minimal alcohol warmth.
