This refreshing Gose offers an aromatic burst of freshly sliced, fleshy pineapple, driven by a generous addition of fruit juice and the tropical character of Bru-1 hops. The nose reveals layers of bright fruit paired with a gentle aromatic spice from coriander seeds. On the palate, a delicate lactic acidity provides a crisp, bright structure that elevates the tropical notes. A subtle touch of salt on the finish provides a mouthwatering balance, rounding out the lean, wheat-driven malt profile. It is a vibrant, modern interpretation that remains highly drinkable, finishing dry with a lingering sense of tropical refreshment.

Appearance. Yellow with a moderate to full haze. Pours with a moderate white head of tight bubbles and good retention. Effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh pineapple and tropical esters from Bru-1 hops. Moderate citrusy coriander and low bready wheat malt. Clean, light lactic sourness without funk.

Taste. Initial tartness followed by doughy wheat malt and vivid pineapple flavor. Light salt character provides a savory counterpoint to the fruit. Very low bitterness; no hop flavor. Finishes dry and refreshing with lingering acidity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation. The salt addition contributes a mouthwatering, slightly tingly quality and a perceived roundness. No alcohol warmth.
