Appearance. Deep gold to amber in color (8–13 SRM). Displays a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing. Clarity is brilliant to clear, though a very slight haze may be present from dry-hop additions.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity hop aroma featuring floral, spicy, and distinct citrus-orange notes reminiscent of pithy marmalade. The malt character is medium-low, presenting as fresh bread and light biscuit. Low fruity esters are present, complementing the hop-driven grapefruit notes.

Taste. The initial impression is one of firm hop bitterness and citrus-forward flavor. Medium-low malt flavors of biscuit and toasted bread support assertive hop notes of bitter grapefruit and orange marmalade. Fermentation character is clean with moderate fruitiness. The finish is medium-dry to dry, allowing a clean, lingering hop bitterness to persist without being harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, lending a crispness to the palate. A low, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable, consistent with its 6.6% ABV, while remaining free of hop-derived astringency.
