Animus Brewing

Eternidad is a vibrant West Coast IPA that showcases a masterful blend of Simcoe, Centennial, and Bru-1 hops. This pale gold ale leads with an intense sensory profile defined by Simcoe's resinous pine and Centennial's classic floral and citrus zest. The inclusion of Bru-1 introduces a modern layer of bright pineapple and tropical fruit, which stays crisp against a lean, bready malt backbone. Designed for a high-clarity and a dry finish, this beer balances assertive bitterness with a refreshing fruit character, delivering a quintessential hop-forward experience that is both pungent and remarkably clean.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring resinous pine, grapefruit, and sweet pineapple. Floral notes and a hint of stone fruit are present, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt character. Clean fermentation with no notable esters.

Taste. Assertive hop flavor mirrors the aroma with layers of pine needles, lemon peel, and tropical fruit. Medium-high hop bitterness is firm and clean. Low, crackery malt provides a supportive base without sweetness. The balance is decidedly bitter, leading to a crisp, dry finish with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. No perceived alcohol warmth or harsh astringency.
