Cpu Nostalgia presents as a quintessential Hazy IPA, defined by a vibrant interplay of Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops. The sensory profile is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically ripe pineapple and mango, complemented by the distinctive candy-like notes of watermelon and stone fruit. On the palate, the soft, pillowy texture enhances the juicy character, while a background of bready, neutral malt provides a necessary structural foundation. The bitterness is purposefully restrained, allowing the vivid citrus and pear nuances to linger through a clean, off-dry finish. Appearance. Straw to light golden (3-5 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous quality. Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
