This Double IPA showcases an intense sensory experience driven by a double dry-hop addition of Mosaic and Citra. The aroma provides a punch of tropical fruit, blueberry, and bright citrus zest. The palate follows with saturated flavors of mango, grapefruit, and resinous pine, supported by a lean, neutral malt backbone that ensures a dry, drinkable finish. Despite its strength, the alcohol is well-integrated, providing just a hint of smooth warmth. Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and good lacing. Clarity is mostly clear, though a very slight hop haze is acceptable.
