This modern Weissbier offers a vibrant sensory bridge between Old World tradition and contemporary hopping. A foundation of bready, doughy wheat is elevated by the signature fermentation profile of ripe banana and spicy clove. The addition of El Dorado and Mosaic hops introduces a distinct layer of tropical brightness, contributing notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and a hint of blueberry that interweave with the yeast esters. Effervescent and fluffy on the palate, it finishes dry and refreshing with a clean bitterness that balances the soft malt core and fruity aromatics.
Appearance. Pale gold with a significant haze. Pours with a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring prominent banana and spicy clove yeast esters. Underlying these are bready, doughy wheat notes and modern hop layers of pineapple from El Dorado and subtle berry from Mosaic.
