This refreshing American Lager pours with bright clarity, showcasing a delicate balance between its clean cereal base and the inclusion of real strawberries. The use of rice flakes ensures a light, snappy profile, allowing the subtle grainy-sweetness of the barley to support the primary sensory hook: a gentle, ripe strawberry infusion. It avoids excessive sweetness, maintaining a focused, dry finish that emphasizes drinkability. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, providing a neutral backdrop that lets the fruit’s natural aromatic charm shine through without overwhelming the palate, resulting in a crisp, summer-ready lager with a soft berry accent and a refreshing, well-attenuated character.
Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow, occasionally showing a faint pinkish hue from the fruit. Features a white, frothy head with moderate persistence and brilliant clarity.
Aroma. Low malt intensity, perceived as grainy and slightly sweet. The profile is defined by a clean, ripe strawberry aroma that remains subtle rather than jammy. Low floral hop notes are optional, and the fermentation character is exceptionally clean.
