Boomerang is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the bold intensity of Australian hops. Utilizing a potent duo of Enigma and Galaxy, the sensory profile leads with an explosive tropical bouquet. Waves of ripe pineapple, pungent passion fruit, and sweet mango collide with a stabilizing undercurrent of resinous pine. While the style demands a clean, drinkable finish, this expression offers an enhanced body and creaminess that smooths out the high bitterness. Beneath the hop dominance lies a supportive, neutral graininess, ensuring the high alcohol is well-integrated and the finish remains crisp yet flavor-forward, inviting subsequent sips with every turn.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7–12 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing. Clarity is generally good, though a very slight hop haze may be present.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango, complemented by a resinous pine and subtle berry-like edge. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy background. Fermentation is clean with only a hint of smooth alcohol warmth.

Taste. An initial punch of tropical fruit flavors, specifically pineapple and sweet mango, followed by a resinous pine character. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, serving only to support the high bitterness. The bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
