This fresh-tasting German Pils presents a vibrant sensory profile, benefiting from its unpasteurized nature to deliver a crisp, lively experience. The nose opens with moderately high aromas of spicy and herbal hops, layered over a delicate foundation of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt reminiscent of fresh dough and light honey. On the palate, a clean fermentation profile allows the hop bitterness to take center stage, quickly overtaking the soft malt base. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, featuring a lingering minerality that invites another sip. With its medium-light body and high carbonation, it perfectly embodies the bright, bitter character of the style.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate flowery and herbal hop intensity. Low grainy, sweet malt character with subtle notes of toasted cracker and light honey. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Crisp and dry. Initial soft malt sweetness is quickly overcome by a firm, floral hop bitterness. Flavors of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt and spicy hops are well-balanced. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering bitterness and a touch of mineral sharpness.
