This vibrant American Pale Ale presents a lush, tropical bouquet driven by a heavy-handed dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Expect a saturated aroma of ripe mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest, complemented by a subtle, dank resinous edge. The grist, featuring Pilsner malt, Pale Wheat, and Flaked Oats, creates a creamy, hazy foundation that supports the intense hop character without overshadowing it. Fermented with a blend of English and London Fog yeast, the beer exhibits soft fruity esters that meld seamlessly with the juicy hop profile, finishing clean with a balanced, refreshing bitterness.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (5-7 SRM). Features a persistent, frothy white head with excellent lacing. Notable hazy clarity resulting from the inclusion of flaked oats and wheat.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring pronounced notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. A background of dank pine is present, supported by low bready-grainy malt and light stone fruit esters from the yeast blend.
