This collaboration between Amundsen and Stigbergets delivers an immersive Hazy IPA experience centered on a lush, tropical bouquet. A potent trio of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Idaho 7 hops drives the sensory profile, offering layers of ripe passionfruit, candied tangerine, and soft blueberry over a background of resinous pine. The grist remains delicately bready, providing a supple canvas for the intense hop saturation. It pours with a characteristically dense opacity and a glowing golden hue. On the palate, the mouthfeel is remarkably soft and pillowy, masking the strength of the alcohol while finishing with a gentle, juice-like roundness and minimal bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6) with a dense, opaque, and glowing haze. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and stone fruits. Mosaic provides notes of blueberry and mango, while Galaxy adds pungent passionfruit. Idaho 7 contributes zesty tangerine and apricot with a subtle piney undertone. Malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with heavy tropical juice character. Low to moderate bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Malt flavor is low and grainy, supporting the hop profile without adding sweetness. The finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Free of any harshness or hop-derived astringency.
