Sunslinger is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Idaho 7, Citra, HBC586, and Cryo Pop. The sensory experience begins with a burst of tropical mango, lychee, and bright pink grapefruit, supported by a subtle backdrop of stone fruit and resinous pine. While maintaining a soft, luminous haze, the palate is defined by a crisp, grainy malt foundation that allows the intense fruit flavors to lead. A firm, clean bitterness balances the initial sweetness of guava and apricot, culminating in a dry, refreshing finish that lingers with a citrusy, hop-forward intensity.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, persistent haze. Features a medium-sized, white head with good retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent mango, guava, and lychee notes. Sharp grapefruit and lime citrus are evident, supported by apricot, pine, and a low, clean, grainy malt character.

Taste. Initial wave of tropical and citrus fruit. Hop flavors of pineapple, stone fruit, and grapefruit dominate. Low, clean maltiness provides support. Bitterness is firm and clean, leading into a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present, with no harshness or astringency.
