This Hazy IPA presents a saturated, opaque appearance with a luminous golden hue. The aromatic profile is defined by a heavy dry-hop charge of Enigma, Galaxy, and Eclipse, yielding an intense bouquet of overripe passionfruit, juicy mandarin, and a distinct vinous note reminiscent of Pinot Gris. On the palate, the Galaxy hops provide punchy peach and tropical flavors, while Eclipse adds a bright citrus zest and Enigma contributes subtle red currant complexity. A soft, doughy malt base supports the fruit-forward character, leading to a smooth finish with restrained bitterness. The mouthfeel is characteristically pillowy, emphasizing a juicy, well-integrated sensory experience.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Pale gold to light orange; opaque with a soft haze and a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head that leaves dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical passionfruit, citrusy mandarin, and stone fruit. Substantial notes of crushed white grapes and berries. Background malt is neutral, grainy, and lightly bready; no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma; peach, melon, and citrus zest. Low bready malt flavor. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Finishes off-dry with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth or hop astringency.
