This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, juicy profile driven by a heavy-hitting hop trio. Galaxy hops deliver intense notes of passionfruit and ripe peach, while Idaho 7 contributes layers of apricot and zesty orange marmalade. Mosaic rounds out the bouquet with its signature blueberry and tropical fruit complexity. The beer pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a lush, meringue-like head. On the palate, the soft, pillowy texture emphasizes the fruit-forward character over aggressive bitterness, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish. It is a modern expression of the style, balancing punchy New World hop intensity with an approachable, velvety mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a tropical medley of passionfruit, mango, and apricot. Supporting notes of citrus zest and a distinct blueberry character are present. The malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready or grainy backdrop without caramel or toast. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of passionfruit, orange marmalade, and stone fruit dominate the palate. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple grainy base that supports the hop saturation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and an absence of hop-derived astringency or raw starchiness.
