This single-hop Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant, multifaceted character of the Strata hop. A luminous, pale yellow pour delivers intense, juicy aromas of sweet strawberry, passionfruit, and bright ruby red grapefruit, accented by a subtle, resinous dankness. On the palate, a soft, pillowy base of bready flaked oats and wheat supports a rush of tropical fruit flavors. The moderate bitterness is exceptionally smooth and well-integrated, leading to a juicy, off-dry finish free of any harsh hop burn. It is a highly drinkable, modern showcase of yeast-hop biotransformation and singular hop expression.

Appearance. Pale straw to yellow color with an opaque, hazy, glowing appearance. Crowning the pour is a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and extensive lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring prominent notes of fresh strawberry, passionfruit, and citrus peel from the Strata hop, accompanied by a light, herbal, dank undertone. Low bready and grainy malt aromas support the hops, with a clean, ester-supportive fermentation profile and no warming alcohol.

Taste. An immediate wave of tropical fruit flavor dominated by ripe strawberry and passionfruit, transitioning to soft grapefruit citrus. Low, bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low, softly balancing the fruitiness without lingering. The finish is clean, off-dry, and intensely juicy, with no harshness or hop bite.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is very light, and there is no raw starchiness, astringency, or heavy cloying creaminess.
