This single-hop Hazy IPA showcases the multifaceted nature of Simcoe hops against a backdrop of soft, pillowy grains. Bold aromas of passion fruit, ripe apricot, and bright grapefruit dominate the nose, seamlessly supported by a resinous pine undertone. On the palate, the hop-forward profile delivers a juicy cocktail of tropical and stone fruit flavors, balanced by a gentle, integrated bitterness.
