This American Stout presents as a decadent pastry-inspired ale, characterized by a complex interplay of roasted malts and confectionery adjuncts. The nose is greeted with high-intensity aromas of toasted marshmallows and sweet white chocolate, underpinned by moderate roasted coffee notes. On the palate, flavors of milk chocolate and rich vanilla lead into a creamy, rounded finish. While maintaining the style's signature roasted bitterness and low citrusy hop character, the marshmallow fluff additions provide a lush sweetness that softens the roast. At 7% ABV, it offers a smooth, medium-full body that delivers a complete dessert experience without feeling overly heavy.

Appearance. Jet black (40 SRM) and opaque. It features a large, persistent head of light tan foam that leaves decorative lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of vanilla, white chocolate, and toasted marshmallows. Background notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate are present, accompanied by a very low, clean resiny hop aroma.

Taste. Initial flavors of sweet milk chocolate and creamy marshmallow. The mid-palate introduces moderate roasted coffee and charred grain notes. Bitterness is medium-high but softened by the vanilla sweetness. A low citrusy hop flavor persists through the finish, which is medium-sweet and lingering with a touch of cocoa.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably smooth and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It provides a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that is smooth and never harsh.
