This Hazy IPA presents an indulgent, dessert-forward sensory profile anchored by a vibrant citrus core. The aroma is dominated by zesty lemon and a tropical medley of mango and blueberry from Mosaic and Citra, softened by the creamy sweetness of vanilla. On the palate, Amarillo contributes subtle floral notes while Lemondrop intensifies the bright, tart lemon character. The addition of lactose creates a plush, velvety texture reminiscent of a lemon milkshake, cleverly masking the 7.5% ABV. Appearance. 4–6 SRM. Pale gold to deep straw with an opaque, luminous haze. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with high retention and dense, soapy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Intense aromatics of fresh lemon peel and candied lemon are supported by tropical fruit notes. A distinct, sweet vanilla bean fragrance intermingles with a faint bready malt character and a creamy lactose note. Fermentation esters are fruity and clean, without clashing with the hop-derived citrus.
