This Hazy Mango IPA presents a lush, tropical experience driven by a heavy addition of fresh mango integrated into a soft, pillowy malt base. The Citra hops provide a vibrant citrus backbone of grapefruit and lime, while the BRU-1 hops amplify the stone fruit and sweet pineapple notes, mirroring the juicy character of the fruit. Its hazy, golden-orange appearance leads to an aromatic explosion of ripe tropical fruit and zesty citrus. On the palate, the mango is distinctive but well-balanced by a moderate hop bitterness and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, finishing with a lingering, fruit-forward refreshment.

Appearance. Saturated golden-orange with a persistent, dense, white creamy head. Significant, opaque haze typical of the hazy style, with fine lacing remaining on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by ripe, fleshy mango and tropical fruit esters. Bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit from the Citra hops complement the distinct pineapple and stone fruit characteristics of the BRU-1. Low bready malt supports the fruit-forward profile without interference.

Taste. Initial impression of juicy mango and pineapple. The fruit flavor is natural and integrated, supported by Citra-driven notes of lime zest and tropical punch. Bitterness is moderate, providing balance against the perceived fruit sweetness. Malt is soft and bready. The finish is clean and fruity with a slight lingering hop resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, with no astringency despite the high hop and fruit load.
