This robust interpretation of a German Pils delivers a brilliant sensory experience that balances its elevated strength with classic continental lager refinement. Clean Pilsner malt establishes a base of toasted crackers and light honey, which is immediately met by a prominent, high-intensity wave of floral, spicy, and herbal traditional German hops. Crisp and deeply refreshing, it commands the palate with a firm, lingering bitterness that drives into a remarkably dry finish. Despite its robust 6.2% ABV, it retains superb drinkability, showcasing a clean fermentation profile and a refreshing, flinty minerality.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow with brilliant clarity, crowned by a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderately high aroma of floral, spicy, and herbal traditional German hops, supported by a low, clean-grainy, doughy, and sweet Pilsner malt character with light cracker notes. Fermentation profile is flawlessly clean with zero esters or diacetyl.
Taste. An initial flash of grainy-sweet malt is swiftly overtaken by assertive noble hop flavor and medium-high bitterness. The balance is strongly bitter, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
