This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers an interstellar journey of intense tropical fruit and bright citrus. Aromas of candied stone fruit from El Dorado and ripe peach from Amarillo leap from the glass, supported by the resinous pine of Simcoe and the deep, black tea and tropical notes of Idaho 7. Cashmere hops wrap the experience in a soft blanket of smooth melon and subtle coconut. A pillowy, soft mouthfeel and low perceived bitterness carry these juicy hop flavors through to a beautifully clean, off-dry finish that celebrates modern hop expression.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange-amber in color, with a uniform, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. Renders a thick, rocky, white meringue-like head with outstanding retention and beautiful, clingy lacing.

Aroma. High to intense aroma dominated by a tropical fruit medley of sweet mango, ripe peach, pineapple, and candied orange peel. A soft, grainy, sweet-bready malt backbone supports the hops, while light herbal and piney undertones emerge. Fermentation is clean with supportive, subtle fruity esters; entirely free of buttery or harsh alcohol notes.

Taste. Explosive initial impression of juicy tropical and citrus fruits. High hop flavors of peach, mango, orange, and soft melon are supported by a low, sweet-grainy, oat-like malt base. Perceived bitterness is low-to-medium and exceptionally soft, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and highly smooth, with a lingering fruit-forward, clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, creamy, and pillowy body with a remarkably soft and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a gentle, well-integrated warmth without any alcohol harshness, raw starchiness, or hop burn.
