Deep mountain blueberry and rich blackberry lead the sensory charge, layered with the tropical sweetness of ripe mango and a sharp, zesty splash of blood orange. A lively, lactic wild acidity cleanly slices through the thick, purée-like fruit richness, creating a striking contrast. Beneath the explosive fruit, a soft, rustic wild fermentation character adds subtle complexity.
