This Hazy IPA delivers a saturated tropical profile defined by a heavy dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, HBC 586, and El Dorado. The Citra and Mosaic drive a bright core of pink grapefruit and blueberry, while HBC 586 and El Dorado introduce complex layers of mango, lychee, and stone fruit. The inclusion of lactose lends a subtle, creamy sweetness that rounds out the hop-derived citrus notes, creating a lush, juice-like character. Expect a soft, pillowy texture that carries these vibrant flavors through to a smooth, low-bitterness finish that remains exceptionally drinkable despite its high flavor intensity.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring mango, crushed pineapple, and tangerine from Citra and El Dorado. Mosaic provides hints of blueberry and light earthiness. A soft, creamy sweetness from lactose is present, supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of passion fruit, melon, and citrus zest. HBC 586 adds unique nuances of guava and lychee. Low perceived bitterness allows the hop oils and lactose sweetness to dominate. The finish is soft and off-dry with a lingering tropical punch and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture enhanced by the addition of lactose. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no astringency or raw starch feel.
